-Supervise on the operational effectiveness & service standards of Tenants and Employees

-Prompt follow-up and working alongside with Tenants and staffs on various requests, sales and promotional activities and campaigns

-Conduct routine outlet Hygiene Checks and Inventory Checks

-Maintain good standards of outlet’s overall aesthetics (Food/Stall Display) and grooming standards of staff

Duties & Responsiblities

* Lead, manage & overview operation and site team.

* Work closely with Project Team on the execution and handover on all projects.

* Prepare Project Schedule

• To liaise with clients and consultants on projects and attend meetings with Project Team

• Identifying the need for carrying out a formal design control, verification and validation program for work established by tender or contract requirements

• Evaluate, review and check all the details design system and coordinate with project manager and consultants in order to ensure the completeness and functionality of all the services

• Manage the all the work done in accordance with approved design, material used and workmanship in compliance with contract specifications.

• Lead & Manage Operation Teams

• In Utilizing material usage that are fit for project specifications

• In ensuring that project schedules are met on time

• In rectifying & resolving project site issues

• In reviewing, monitoring and continuously improving project management system, workmanship, and quality of work at site.

• To actively participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties when required

• Solve On-site Issues, address customer's renovation issues/problems

Requirements

* Able to communicate effectively with clientele as well as supplier

* 3 - 5 years of similar experiences with the above similar environment

• recognized Engineering Degree in related field

• Ability to manage project from strategic and detailed planning, concept and detailed design, and to demonstrate leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communicator with well-developed commercial, analytical and technical skills

• Value support and cultivate cooperation among colleagues (Team Work)

• Preferably with experience in commercial projects

• Possess class 3 driving license would be an advantage

• Safety knowledge with certification will be an advantage

• Bilingual is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken in English and basic spoken in order to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The company is a capital markets services (CMS) licence holder under MAS. The ideal candidate for this position will support the operations team and will work with a number of functions in support of the venture capital business as well as from time-to-time support activities of the VCC and/or Fund Manager. These are overseeing corporate secretarial requirements, book and record keeping, assisting in the internal/external audit of the fund manager and funds, attending IC meetings, and overseeing preparation of investment minutes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, transaction processing, and accurate record maintenance.
• Fund operation activities for all funds i.e. corporate secretarial matters, capital calls, and distributions etc. especially in relation to the venture capital fund.
• Administration of portfolio entities in accordance with group policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, and administrators to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and audits.
• Ensure all fund related documentation is properly maintained, archived, and easily accessible.
• Assist in all compliance related matters for the company.
• Create and maintain company records, both electronic and physical in accordance with MAS requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holders in law / corporate secretarial practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or related relevant disciplines good to have but not necessary.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
