Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of operational initiatives, driving operational excellence, and uphold customer trust by leading our Integration & Technical support Teams, fostering collaboration across our internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must be customer-driven, possess strong critical thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities to proactively resolve issues in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Job Description

• Support merchants in their implementation of payment processing technology.
• Engage merchants on digital solutions, manage incidents related to integration, including but not limited to configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, reporting and go-live implementation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving any issues that arises during customer trials, integrations or post implementation support.
• To identify any operational bottlenecks and to implement solutions to streamline existing processes.
• Serve as a key point of contact, providing regular updates to Management and other stakeholders on progress updates, challenges, opportunities and recommendations to improve customer satidafaction.
• To lead and develop a team of operations professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
• To maintain existing integration libraries, plugins, and documentation.
• Address transactions, refund, reporting, system access issues and queries based on tickets.

Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent with proven leadership experience in a similar role in the FinTech/Payment industry
• A team player with exceptional communication abilities, adept at fostering and sustaining strong relationships
• Capable of thriving in a customer-centric, results-driven setting environment
• Technical knowledge & experience in:

- PHP, JavaScript and .Net

- WAMP/LAMP stacks

- Git Version Control

- JIRA

Overseas regional travel is to be expected, approximately 2-3 times a year

What you will do:
As Specialist, HR Operations, APAC, you will provide specialized administrative support to employees and line managers. Responds to complex inquiries from employees across the enterprise. Administers and executes certain HR programs. Collects and analyzes data to support HR activities.

How you will do it:

• Provide general support on work pass (new application, renewal, cancellation, etc)
• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment for all employees
• Prepare monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals & cost charging to Finance
• Manage on tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission & annual income tax submission
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Participate and support HR/Payroll Projects
• Handle staff enquiries on payroll matters

What we look for

• Diploma in Business/HR or equivalent with more than 2 years of work experience
• Good working knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential payroll information with discretion
• Basic knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, CPF, and tax filings

Operations Role

· Handle customer and supplier orders management, delivery/ shipping arrangement and billing process

· Process Works Orders / Sales Orders and raise purchase requisition

· Generate Maintenance Service contracts.

· Inventory management. Involve in Stock take

· Work closely with other departments (Sales, Technical Support and Finance team) to ensure customer orders/ requirements are fulfilled in timely manner.

Marketing Role

· Build company branding and increase media exposure

· Responsible for the generation of content, advertising and marketing communications across all media platforms and sites.

· Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and publishing engaging content and analyzing performance metrics.

· Plan and execute campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.

· Work closely with vendors on marketing activities, follow ups on administrative processes and leads.

Job Requirement

· Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management

· Diploma in Mass communication and Marketing or equivalent

· Min 2-3 years experiences in Operations and corporate branding, digital marketing, social media marketing and content creation

· Minimum 3 years of related experience in similar role

· Proficient in Microsoft and Powerpoint

· A driven and passionate team player with a can-do attitude

· Meticulous and detail oriented

We are representing our client, a local church organisation to look for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to complement the existing team.

This role delivers the HR Value Proposition, in support of the People Strategy, through the efficient and efficacious functioning of HR processes. This includes staff attraction, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, learning and development, SDR process and HRIS.

Responsibilties

• Flexible and Hybrid way of work post-pandemic. Contribute to building a collaborative and relational culture.
• Implement staff attraction and recruitment processes to meet staffing needs and build pipeline. Manage vendors (ministry support), polytechnic or university interns (if any).
• Manage Confirmation Assessment process, Staffing-related Contracts Renewal and Exit-related processes.
• Work with Payroll Vendor to ensure monthly payroll is processed accurately and on a timely basis. This includes following up on the payroll process, verifying and approving payroll reports, and addressing Board Chairman and Treasurer queries if any.
• Support the full implementation of the Staff Development Review Process annually.
• Coach supervisors and staff on Staff Development Review related conversations and processes.
• Deepen the Pre-Boarding and Onboarding engagement experience to ease contextual transition to full-time ministry.
• Build up learning journeys as part of L&D roadmap. Consolidate & review staff development needs via annual SDR process.
• Ensure data integrity of HR Information System, in consultation with external vendor.
• Be familiar with the HRIS for annual data rollover, including leave & claims.
• Support HR site administration in Sharepoint in consultation with IT.
• Ensure HR information such as organization chart and staff announcements etc. are updated regularly.
• HR Projects - This may include Staff Wellness, Digital or Productivity-related continuous improvement projects.
• Survey Support for Ministry of Manpower, SNEF surveys as needed.
• Address staff-related queries to above-mentioned.
• Staff participation in church-wide events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong HR operations experience and In-depth knowledge of local employment law in accordance with TAFEP guidelines, IRAS and CPF Act is required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Digitally-saavy and experience with HR systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsively address customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
• Manage and coordinate import and export shipments.
• Establish effective communication with overseas agents to verify shipping documents and comply with the regulations of respective countries.
• Issue customs permits as needed.
• Maintain close communication with various stakeholders, including vendors, shippers, customers, carriers, and overseas agents.
• Accurately input data related to freight services.
• Ensure meticulous management of paperwork documentation for billing and file closure upon shipment completion.
• Undertake occasional tasks as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Cargowise an advantage.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using MS Office.
• Display a meticulous, team-oriented, and positive work attitude.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in both airfreight operations and customer service.
