Position Overview:

You would work closely with the Operations Team and act as the point of contact to process transactions across asset classes, perform custodial and securities services operations, in both traditional and digital formats. In addition, you are expected to develop and process operational controls to ensure that the risk environment for operations in well managed.

Furthermore, you will need to participate in both business and technology projects as the SME of operations to perform business analysis across a variety of operational processes and systems. Job scope

1. To conduct inspection check on company fleets and drivers.

2. Handle foreign driver and staff related duties including assisting on checking of their job schedule and overtime.

3. Provide clerical & administrative support to operation team (e.g issuing of invoice, sending drivers job or sending drivers details for clearance and etc).

4. To assist in company bus daily operations including arranging fleet for vehicle inspections and maintenance (e.g servicing and repair) ensuring smooth running of operations.

5. Responsible in assisting customer queries (feedback, rates and complaints).

6. To arrange route and source for sub-contractor on trip should there be requirement.

7. Follow up on outstanding invoice by monitoring overdue accounts receivables and contact customer on their outstanding through phone, email & texts.

8. Might require to be present at site for events or school during pick up or dismissal time to coordinate between driver and the customer.

9. Other duties as assigned.

• Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure the cleanliness of cars before handing them over to customers.
• In charge of spare car keys as well as labelling.
• Assist and coordinate with other departments on their car storage arrangements.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
