What will you be doing?

As a Senior Service Engineer, you provide Level 1 and Level 2 Support to existing clients, serve as a primary contact to identify, troubleshoot and to provide resolutions to the reported issues. Responsibilities

• Attend to all customer calls.

Accountabilities:

• Understand the customer’s network structure and become familiar with the Customer’s network implementation and support processes and procedures to ensure supporting a network with proper SLAs.
