2. Assist / Work with Production Planner on:
• Oversee inventory levels of all ingredients and finished products; rebalance inventory regularly
• Secure the necessary raw materials and ingredients
3. Production Administrative
• Coach line leaders/production members to correctly fill up all checklists and production reports
• Disseminate important information down to all production staffs
4. Quality Assurance & Control
• Monitor compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and policies
• Ensure corrective actions are monitored and completed for all non-compliant conditions and behaviours
• Work with the Preventive Maintenance Team for scheduled inspections/repair of equipment
• Work with QA to ensure food safety and quality of raw materials / finished products
• Monitor and ensure housekeeping are practiced and maintained
5. People Management
• Oversee and coach line leaders/production staff on the assigned job scope within the production lines
• Plan the schedule for production staffs' leaves and facilitate daily production lines deployment
• Coordinate efforts with other departments to ensure smooth operations within the production lines
• Ensure training is conducted for new production members or to help current production members perform better

Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
• Must have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Food Production
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Good understanding of GMP, GHP and SOP
• Experience in handling Seafood, Poultry and Beef/ QSR experience is preferred
• Experience in Leading and/or overseeing planning, plant procurement order fulfillment
• Strong leadership skills in managing big teams

- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

• To carry out electrIcal related detailed design and preparation of drawing
• To interpret and develop P&ID, technical data sheet preparation and I/O wiring diagram
• To carry out electrical calculation for the design
• Responsible for reviewing of electrical documents and specification from clients and consultants
• To check and review all electrical related drawings and documents from suppliers and vendors
• To liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors to resolve technical issue at site and in office
• To co-ordinate with engineers of other disciplines within the department
• To prepare Pre-procurement including evaluation of technical and commercial bid from vendor and supplier
• To provide engineering support in tendering of new projects such as preliminary design, material and cost esimates etc
• To provide technical support to project team for on-going projects and resolve any technical issue on site
• To assist in preparation of project schedule, related work procedure/method of statement and monthly progress claim
