The Challenges :

• Collaborate with the IT Manager and internal stakeholders to enhance IT support functions, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.
• Support the Clinical Operations team by engaging with multidisciplinary stakeholders (e.g., doctors, clinic staff) to meet diverse needs and achieve patient-centered care and organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with users and IT vendors for the delivery and implementation of IT solutions and services.
• Set up and deploy desktop/laptop computers and associated software, including managing Windows Active Directory (AD).
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues related to devices (e.g., desktop/laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices) and software, such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Manage data protection and cybersecurity functions, ensuring proper system setup, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets, systems documentation, and software licenses.
• Assist in implementing action plans to achieve operational goals and support daily clinic operations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

What It Takes :

• Diploma in Computer Science or a relevant degree.

Our client is Singapore leading player in Real Instate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Retail Operations Manager, in hopes of expanding their retail operation team. They are located in the Town area – easily accessible.

Duties of Retail Operations Manager:

• Lead and Manage Operations: Direct the team in developing and executing strategies to enhance and maintain asset value across the portfolio.
• Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee programs to guarantee continuous service for utilities, air conditioning, fire protection, and security. Ensure staff are trained in fire and life safety systems and all maintenance programs are up-to-date.
• Asset Management: Review and implement annual Asset Plans for each property.
• Tenant Management: Handle lease agreements, manage tenant renovations, and maintain strong tenant relationships.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of retail mall management experience
• Good communication and stakeholder relationship management skills

In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Trade LC Advising processor, digital Imaging Team and Trade Counter via 2 locations in terms of resource management, training and daily BAU challenges, if any.
• To process and / or check Trade Finance Letter of Credit (LC) Advising / Confirmation transactions to ensure compliance to UCP rules, industrial standards, and internal bank policies.
• Ensure SOPs and existing / new controls are in place and adhere to by operating teams.
• Assist to review and check the export LC to ensure that terms and conditions are acceptable and workable for LC confirmation.
• Ensure Trade documentations and it's on-going processes are compliance to UCP rules, ISP98 rules, anti-money laundering guidelines, terrorist financing and sanctions regulations, and other related internal policies.
• Work with and supervise with team members to achieve daily tasks assigned.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, external clients and internal stakeholders
• Review and opine on New Product / Processing involving / impacting LC advising Team, Digital Imaging Team and counter service Team.
• Assist to identify irregularities and red flag items in the export LC for approval.

Requirement

• Minimum 5-8 years of Trade Finance experience with relevant capability in people management and leading a team.
• Excellent understanding of UCP rules, ISP98 rules, Anti-Money Laundering Guidelines, and Terrorist Financing and Sanction Regulations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and detailed oriented
• Capable to work effectively under pressure and tight deadline.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
