Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience:

• Role model as the brand ambassador for BeFound with a heart for our clients and sense of care throughout the client’s journey.
• Be the first point of contact for any escalation cases to management.

Operational Excellence:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of Befound Studios to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and implement best practices to enhance client satisfaction and team productivity.
• Develop, refine, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality.

Qualifications:

Job Description:

• Ensure that all warehouse logistical operations and processes run smoothly. This includes inventory level monitoring, proper organization of the warehouse, ensuring standard operation procedures (SOPs) are followed, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, etc.
• Receive and check all incoming goods shipments & prepare outgoing goods shipment for overseas.
• Re-packaging of goods for customers, whenever necessary.
• Ensure that all orders are properly packed and are matched with the correct invoice documents before being sent out for local delivery.
• Ensure safe transportation and timely delivery of goods (including loading and unloading) to customers in Singapore.
• Resolve any delivery discrepancies or customers' complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner on the spot.

• Maintain company vehicles in clean and good working condition.

· Coordinate and handling of daily Reefer Operations inside PSA Terminal

· Liaise with internal & external customers to ensure repair job carry out timely and efficiently

· Conduct warranty check and QA check on job done by technical team to ensure proper billing to customer

Requirements:

· Min. GCE “O” / Nitec in Engineering or equivalent
