SUMMARY

Reporting to the VP of Global SOC Operations, the Sr Manager of APAC SOC Operations is a role with responsibility to lead a team of compromised of SOC and Threat Intelligence staff. We are seeking a talented and experienced Integration Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Integration Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and seamless integration of software components.

Job Description:

Test Execution:

• Execute integration tests manually by referencing the test cases and Software Specification Document
• Analyze test results to identify defects, issues, and areas for improvement
• Document test results and defects in a clear and concise manner
• Retest resolved defects to ensure they have been fixed correctly
• Collaborate with development teams to understand system requirements and identify potential integration points

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate effectively with development, QA, and other teams to ensure smooth integration and testing processes
• Communicate test progress, risks, and issues to project team
• Participate in regular team meetings and reviews

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• 2 years relevant experience
• Understanding of Operation Management Product
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• Experience in executing integration test plans and cases
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira)

Job Scope:
• Handle and review full set of accounts for the Group.
• Ensure strict adherence to account closing deadlines and completeness of reporting of the Group.

Job Description:

The Role

The candidate will play an important role as Technical SME in the development team to support the digitization projects using BPM / Workflow system. The candidate is expected to be involved in all technical aspects of project delivery and/or maintenance from assessing requirements, assessing technical solutions, developing solutions, testing to system implementation. Job Responsibilities

• Analyse, design, develop, customize, implement, and maintain the assigned systems.
• Work closely with Team Leader to gather requirements from the customer, perform technical impact analysis and estimate effort for development.
• Prepare and/or update and review technical documents.
• Manage offshore development teams to ensure technical standards and quality are met.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology with min. 5 years' experience in software development using Java technologies (J2EE, Spring Framework) and front-end technologies (JavaScript/Angular/AngularJS), preferably in a bank or financial institution.
• Experience in working with offshore team is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in deploying, and maintaining, cloud-native Java applications on Microsoft Azure is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in Newgen BPM system preferred.
• Good knowledge in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile).
• Good presentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated System Engineer who has strong Windows Server Management experience to help manage the installation, configuration, testing and support in IT system implementation projects.

Mandatory Skill-set:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering;
• At least 2 years of experience as a System Engineer or similar role, with a focus Windows 10 and 11 operating system;
• Strong knowledge of desktop hardware components, peripherals, and their configuration;
• Experience as a System administrator, provide support, troubleshoot and maintain computer servers and networks;
• Good technical skill in LAN/WAN, configuration and troubleshooting server, storage and tape library hardware knowledge;
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to window server computing;
• Familiarity with software deployment tools and methodologies;
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and system security configurations;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users;

Desired Skill-set:

• Knowledge in networking technologies encompassing Fortinet, Sophos and Cisco switch, router, and firewalls.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 and 11 operating systems in the IT system implementation projects;
• Manage IT operations including managing servers, active directory, backups, virtualization, storage and other infrastructure related tools;
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues related to servers;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software applications, updates, and patches across the server environment;
• Implement and manage security measures, including antivirus software, firewalls, and encryption, to safeguard against potential threats and vulnerabilities;
