1. Compliance Management:

a) Organize and maintain records for WMI Quality Management System (SSG ERF, EduTrust, ISO, etc.).

b) Provide secretarial support for key meetings, including the Academic Board, Examination Board, Management Review and Operational Meetings.

c) Compile data for quality trend analysis, such as feedback and key indicators required by EduTrust.

d) Support the Management Representative/Head of Admin in conducting internal audits.

2. Academic and Operational Support:

a) Provide administrative and operational support to the Academic and Administrative Department.

d) Support the operational aspects of the online Learning Management System (LMS) and Admin IT System.

e) Covering basic Simulator Operations & Training Equipment Preparation

General Overview

This position is part of the site Mechanical team that provides technical/maintenance support to the Operation and Project teams in LNG Terminal. He/she would be mainly responsible for overseeing the safe and reliable operations and maintenance of the Terminal assets from the Mechanical discipline perspective.

The incumbent is also responsible for establishing, reviewing and overseeing the relevant mechanical design elements of new build equipment / asset enhancement activities and implementation of minor mechanical engineering projects, while ensuring the overall mechanical integrity of the terminal.

Roles and ResponsibilIties

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:

• Provide technical/maintenance support and solutions to the terminal operation Teams including supporting the development of maintenance strategy focusing on equipment reliability, compliance, spares inventory requirement, preventive and predictive maintenance programmes and mechanical maintenance procedures for mechanical equipment.
• Lead the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning and replacement of mechanical static equipment and piping systems.
• Manages the in-house contractor and equipment vendor to execute mechanical work/improvements within the terminal to ensure safe work execution and gas supply reliability
• Responsible to ensure compliance to applicable regulations/industry best practices, safe to operate, fit for purpose, maintainable and reliable for the site’s modified or newly build mechanical systems (such as marine loading arm, pumps, pressure vessel, safety device , etc).
• Manage and ensure list of statutory equipment (lifting machine, lifting gears, pressure vessel, safety valves, etc) are timely serviced and inspected in accordance to statutory codes and compliance standards
• Perform root cause analysis on equipment failure and provide recommendations to resolve technical issues which may also arise from vibration, RT, UT, oil and other analysis as part of predictive maintenance programmes
• Manage and maintain historical information on static and rotating equipment such as running hours, data statistical information on all plant shut down and loss of production events caused by mechanical systems, engineering documents and review applicable codes and standards for compliance purpose
• Lead technical discussions, execute and manage project schedules and cost and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders, vendors for end of life and improvement project using SLNG Management of Change (MOC) process for mechanical equipment
• Liaise with external stakeholder including government agencies on approval and risk of shutdown of mechanical system that will affect gas-send out
• Participate in RCA, RBI, HAZID, HAZOP, Model Review studies for mechanical packages, co-ordinates and close out Mechanical related issues

Work Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance of plant equipment, rotating machinery and static equipment, preferably in oil/petrochemical or related industries
• Good knowledge and experience working on different types of in-service pipeline inspection. Knowledge of the LNG / natural gas or other hydrocarbon industries an advantage
• Relevant technical experience in maintenance of mechanical/ machinery systems i.e compressor, pump, pressure vessel, hydraulic components and piping system.
• Conversant with local codes, regulations and standards, equipment inspection and schedule requirements. Certified in API, vibration and other analysis standards will be well regarded

As the Lead in Operations, you will be expected to:

• Drive the overall operational and business performance which includes but not limited to Sales Revenue, Cost Management initiatives and monitors closely to meet targets
• Develop, set and communicate clear operating standards for existing and new brands and ensure that the teams execute based on these operating standards - delivering safety, hygiene and quality operating standards are met

Operations Management

• Implement strategies (advertising, promotions, reward system, suggestive selling) to meet or improve financial performance
• Create POS keys for new products/promotions and ensure healthy stock inventory for the business
• Analyze past financial, sales profit to spot trends and threats and opportunities (in regular Operations Meeting)
• Prepare monthly budgets and forecasts for new product launches, costs of food, staff, operations based on past data, risks and opportunities.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement
• Enforce outlet audit check form and assist Area Managers to manage their stores better
• Ensuring customer service feedback/reviews are consistently tracked, addressed and uphold the service standards set
• Participate in assigned Operations related projects directed by Senior Management.
• Create reports for Senior Management
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Senior Management

Talent & Financial Management

• Commits and accounts for the overall profit and loss of each brand portfolio
• Drive targets for Sales Revenue, Cost Management initiatives and monitors closely whether these targets are met weekly and monthly
• Analyse POS reports and sales trends, recommend and implement cost control exercises, and improvements to onsite sales and marketing tools

Strategy and Business Development

• Develop and execute on the growth strategy for the business such as introducing efficient and productive ways to trade. (delivery, self-ordering systems)
• Develop and update the operational playbook for local and overseas expansion including service standards, SOPs, design guidelines, brand guidelines, etc.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key business partners, internal and external stakeholders
• Drives the opening and store-build of new brands/stores
• Adopt and inculcate the Customer First mindset in Ops team
• Work closely with Culinary & Marketing counterparts in implementing and ensuring success of new products, A&P Promotions (eg Limited Time Offers, Flash Deals, Occasion-driven programme) that suit the business needs of different stores.
• Keep abreast of trends and competitions, store trading area changes such as customer profile & competitive actions / reactions to grow revenue.
• Identify and implement collaborative partnerships wherein necessary to enhance the overall business sustainability plans, including supporting Franchisee’s operations manual wherein required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Food & Beverage Management and/or Hospitality and Tourism

Purpose and Scope

As an Operations Technician for the process plants in the Energy-from-Waste cluster, the individual will be part of a team who is hands-on in operating the industrial processes and technology to harness energy from waste, including recycled wood from construction and demolition waste, as well as waste from industrial, commercial and municipal sectors.

This role is based in Singapore. There is no relocation package.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Operation of boilers, ensuring smooth operation and taking of daily process log reading
• Prepare equipment’s (isolate and drain/de-pressure Pump, exchanger, fan of others process equipment) for maintenance jobs
• Collect waste and water sample for lab analysis
• Able to read P&ID drawing and know the application of KKS
• Perform LOTO for equipment in accordance to isolation list prepared.
• Perform basic mechanical maintenance work (eg, replacing gasket, topping up lude oil, strainer cleaning, greasing and other simple task)

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Minimum Higher NITEC with engineering / technical background
• Forklift license and boiler attendance certificate will be an advantage
