As a Business Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations. This includes ensuring that our products are well-stocked and our customers are well-served in order to achieve reliability, maximum customer satisfaction and retention.

You will also work closely with the Fulfilment team to ensure that our office and warehouse is well-stocked, equipped and maintained to process daily orders as part of the end-to-end customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LED lighting systems. Your role involves working with various LED technologies, ensuring optimal performance, and provide technical support. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to deliver high-quality LED solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES

10. Onsite LED survey, LED design, specification and measurement.
11. Provide LED recommendations to customers and sales

REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
• 2-5 years working with LED systems (Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting)
• Familiar with LED technologies like NovaStar, ColorLite, Huidu, Colorlight and Vnnox
• Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and working with various vendors

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Network Operations to lead our network operations team. RESPONSIBILITIES
