What would be your responsibilities:

• Conduct routine review and verification of client-submitted documents to validate the source of funds and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.

The Role

• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
• Maintain the café’s visual merchandising and ensure promotional materials are updated and displayed effectively.
• Leverage customer feedback and data to create personalized marketing strategies that drive footfall and repeat business.

7. Reporting and Administration

• Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Manage payroll, attendance records, and staff performance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

1. Educational Background

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.

2. Experience

• At least 3-5 years of experience in F&B management, with proven leadership capabilities.
• Prior experience managing a café or similar establishment is an advantage.
