Operations Duties

• Terminal Cost Calculation: Calculate container/Cargo terminal costs based on operational requirements and relevant cost factors. Take responsibility for maintaining an accurate operational list, which includes capturing all chargeable units and those of partner slot units. • Institute agency fee recoveries against Ship Management for services rendered pertaining to crew change fees and expenses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Min. 8-10 years of experience in operations management, ideally in the food sector including but not limited to savory snacks, bakery etc.
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in operational software and tools
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and start-up environment

• Responsible for representing Operations in the Planning, Preparation and Execution of the Refinery Shutdown/Start Up, Unit shutdown & start up resulting from catalyst replacement, Plant Investment Project work.

Requirements

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or similar with 3 years of supervisory experience in a Petrochemical/Refinery experience.
• Familiar in SAP/Bio+ and Singapore Safety regulation.

Main Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate with Operations Team for daily attendance updating, work schedule reports and documents submission
• Source for potential products and follow up with purchase order process
• Preparation of Quotation, Work Order, Variation Order
• Provide administrative support to Operations Team
• Maintain up-to-date records and filing
• Perform any other Admin duties assigned

Requirements:-

• GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level / Higher NITEC In Business Study
• Proficient in MS Office Application
• Outgoing with positive attitude
• Team Player
• Meticulous in documentation
• Preferably staying in the eastern area
• Candidates who are more experienced may be considered for more senior role
