The Senior Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance and compliance of franchise locations within Bacha Coffee outlets. This individual will work closely with franchisees and overseas partners to ensure that brand standards, operational procedures, and customer service expectations are met or exceeded.
