Role: Operations (Day) – FICC Ops

The selected candidate will be integrated into the Operations team at Dymon Asia, where they will engage in a variety of critical day-to-day tasks that are fundamental to the smooth operation of the fund, particularly within the Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange asset classes. The role demands a highly driven individual who possesses a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Managing the entire spectrum of trade lifecycle events within FX and Fixed Income products encompassing confirmations, settlements, and various portfolio position activities like corporate actions, maturities, expiries, and fixings.
• Conducting reconciliations of trade and positional data across internal systems, broker statements, and the fund administrator's system.
• Producing reports for internal stakeholders, including the Front Office and Management.
• Providing prompt responses and resolutions to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.

Experience, Requirements & Skills

• Business or Finance degree preferred.
• Good knowledge in FX, Fixed Income, OTC derivatives, and other financial products.
• At least 4-7 years of direct operations experience in end-to-end trade lifecycle management in the financial services industry, preferably in a large bank or hedge fund.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Centre Director on administration matters.

This role is a dedicated internal and external client service position involving filling up, issuing and filing of paperwork related to centre, parental engagement, regular interactions with champs and working co-operatively with all team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the daily operation of the centre.
• Implement quality standard for all programmes in centre.
• Handle centre tour; operation portion.
• Handle sales leads and continuation to enrolments
• Prepare monthly forms such as teachers attendance form, champs attendance forms, sign in/out forms, school bus attendance forms etc
• Maintain monthly sales quota on enrolments
• Conduct daily health checks with champs at the door when necessary
• Assist parents in the purchasing of merchandise such as uniforms, books etc
• Conduct stock take and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationeries etc
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to centre
• Ensure safety of children within the premises
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Centre Director

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Business Management with minimum of 2 years of working experience in a preschool environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
