Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfilment

• Understand contractual terms and obligations in order to fulfil shipment requirements
• Manage shipments’ requirements such as port declaration, shipping instructions, insurance application, checking of shipping documents etc.
• Ensure shipping documents are prepared as per customers’ requirements
• Generate invoices to customers for payments
• Prepare LC draft and liaise with banks for LC issuance
• Prepare and ensure shipping documents comply with LC requirements. Liaise with bank directly for LC negotiation
• Perform warehouse management activities such as receipts, release, stock reconciliation and warehouse billings accurately.
• Ensure all month end transactions are complete within stipulated timeline

Clinic Operations Executive

This role reports to the Clinic Operations Manager of the Group. Bridgepoint Health is an operating entity of Sheares Healthcare. As a clinic operations executive, you are the first line support to assist with the administrative and operational support of the clinic. You are expected to function independently and work well within a group of like-minded staff looking to deliver the best possible care to our patients.

The Job

1. Operational Readiness

Ensure clinic’s operational readiness

Ensure up to date information related to clinic operations (e.g. operating hours)

Ensure that clinic assets are in optimal working condition, through planned review cycles and collaboration with clinics, facility management, IT teams

Ensure optimal staffing levels and resource allocation and rostering is timely and adequate

Keep abreast of latest ministry guidelines, ensure clinic’s compliance to regulatory standards, assist in licensing requirements and clinic licensing needs

Ensure stock levels (consumables and non-consumables) are sufficient to support clinic operations

2. Workflows and SOPs

Assist in the drafting of workflows and SOPs

Assist in the periodic audit of workflow, SOP compliance

Work closely with HQ and Clinic team to refine and optimize workflows and SOPs consistently

Assist in training of clinic staff and managing staff development to enhance their skills and performance

Manage patient appointments and follow-ups to optimize clinic efficiency

3. External stakeholder coordination

Work with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all materials and equipment align with project timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements.

Work with TPA/clients for clarification of claims and furnishing of supporting documents

Work with relevant agencies and PCN coordinators if there are follow ups for claims related to government schemes

Handle patient feedback, coordinate internal escalation process and track to resolution

4. Internal stakeholder coordination

Clinic

• Work with Facility Management to coordinate with clinics on the preventive maintenance of the clinic
• Work with clinic to raise IT related tickets for support/resolution
• Collating documents and submission of documents in a timely manner
• Assist with procurement related matters if necessary
• Assist clinic with patient refund (approval and execution)

COO office

• Support projects taken on by the group including but not limited to onsite health screening projects
• Support B2B related matters
• Support on tender documentations and administrative work

HR

• Assist HR in employee related claims, administering of employee feedback and performance review of clinic staff

Finance

• Assist Finance in month end closing and collation of documents from clinics
• Assist in the reconciliation of TPA/government related claims and data entry for administrative charges.
• Assist in providing inputs for budget preparation
• Generate corporate invoices for B2B clients

5. Administrative

Ensure proper documentation and filing of all operations related documents

Secretariat support - Minute taking and follow up tracking

Assist with tasks otherwise assigned to by Clinic Operations Manager.

The Person

Minimally a diploma in relevant field

Familiarity with the way of working of a clinic, able to assist in clinic shifts when necessary

Training will be provided

Relevant experience in hospitality or healthcare industry is advantageous

Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with various clinic management systems is a plus

Technology Savvy and computer-literate including use Microsoft Office applications

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Operations to lead and oversee the operations of our egg and quail Production facilities in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of pullet farm, layer farm, quail farm, egg grading house, egg processing plant and quail slaughterhouse, including warehousing, and the development of value-added egg products. This role demands a strong focus on productivity, biosecurity, regulatory compliance, and employee training while maintaining the highest processing standards. This position requires on-site working at the farm in Lim Chu Kang.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:
   • Oversee egg production and quail production and related products to maximize yield and maintain consistent productivity.
   • Implement and monitor breeding, feeding, and housing programs to optimize bird health and egg quality.
   • Analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Biosecurity & Compliance:
   • Develop and enforce stringent biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks and ensure bird welfare.
   • Ensure farm operations meet local and international biosecurity standards and regulatory requirements.
   • Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance with relevant authorities.
3. Egg Grading & Processing:
   • Supervise egg grading operations to meet quality standards and customer specifications.
   • Oversee value-added product development and processing, ensuring adherence to food safety and quality guidelines.
   • Collaborate with R&D teams to explore new product opportunities and improve existing processes.
4. Team Leadership & Training:
   • Lead and manage farm workers, supervisors, and operational teams to achieve performance goals.
   • Develop and implement training programs for staff, focusing on best practices in poultry farming and egg processing.
   • Drive culture and core value implementation from Betagro Group within the local production team.
5. Strategic Planning & Reporting:
   • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet production, quality, and financial targets in alignment with Betagro Group practices and standards.
   • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
   • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of direct experience in layers and poultry production, including supervisory or management roles.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Thai is required for effective communication with headquarters in Thailand.
• Education: A degree in veterinary medicine, animal science, agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
• Expertise: Proven track record in managing large-scale egg production and processing facilities.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of biosecurity standards, poultry health, and nutrition.
  • Familiarity with modern egg grading and value-added product technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise cold-store operations to ensure that picking & packing activities are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure order accuracy before releasing goods for delivery
• Monitor inbound and outbound stocks, and ensure inventory is promptly and accurately updated in ERP system
• Manage stock transfer and adjustments
• Perform scheduled stocktaking and inventory checks and highlight discrepancies / anomalies.
• Identify, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure they can be reconciled.
• Review the workflow and liaise with the respective department to put in place preventive measures to reduce stock loss
• Determine and highlight slow moving, obsolete and near expiry stocks in store for Management actions.
• Manage reconciliation of damage stocks and aging stocks
• Prepare & Submit Weekly Inventory Report to management
• Participate in internal and external audit stock takes
• Other Ad Hoc projects or responsibilities as required or assigned by Head of Operations

Education, Experience & Training
