In this role, you’ll engage with customers, promote and sell our products, and help ensure that our retail operations and onsite events run seamlessly. You will assist in managing retail logistics, overseeing inventory, and executing display plans for new product launches in our showroom.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Engagement: Promote and sell Secretlab products in the showroom and during onsite events, while meeting individual sales targets and driving customer satisfaction through Google Reviews and direct interactions.
• Store Operations and Reporting: Execute daily showroom opening and closing procedures, manage settlement duties, and assist in preparing monthly performance reports, tracking metrics such as AOV, UPT, and conversions.
• Inventory and Showroom Management: Ensure showroom organization, manage inventory tracking, and support display plans for new product launches.
• Aftersales Support: Handle customer returns, cancellations, and delivery arrangements, ensuring excellent after-sales service and follow-up.
• Project Support and Activation: Assist with offline activations, brand experience projects, and manage showroom bookings/appointments to ensure smooth operations.
• Team Support and Continuous Improvement: Provide support to the Brand Experience team in daily improvement plans and assist with any additional responsibilities required for retail and event operations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in retail or sales, preferably in a high-end consumer product
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Powerpoint
• Proven ability to build and enhance customer experiences by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and creating memorable interactions that align with the brand's values.
• Experience managing inventory, sales reports, and retail logistics.
• Strong knowledge of promotion mechanics, discount strategies, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service issues with professionalism.
• Works effectively within a team to deliver cohesive and outstanding customer experiences across all touchpoints.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities and responsibilities.

The Operations Lead provides daily leadership and support to a team of Operations Associates, under the direction of the Supervisor. Operations Leads are “hands-on” and perform a wide range of work to ensure the successful handling of goods passing through the warehouse. They are the “go-to person” for operational questions and replace the supervisor in their absence. In doing so, they ensure efficient handling of daily operations.

Operations Leads may rotate as needed to ensure that products and orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This will be at Inbound, Outbound and Inventory control. In performing these duties, he/she may be required to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, trolleys, pallet trucks, automated packing machines and other warehouse equipment to move products and parts. In the role you will be part of testing, training and ongoing projects.
