Job scope and responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all the bread outlets

• Develop, update and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across outlets.

• Lead, supervise, and support outlet managers and staff.

· Conduct recruitment, training, and of new staff across the outlets

· Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.

· Manage work schedules, performance evaluations, and resolve workplace conflicts.

· Ensure consistent product quality, freshness, and presentation in all outlets.

· Conduct regular audits and visits to all outlets to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

SCOPE OVERVIEW

• To support daily operation tasks (Policy refund/Claims payment & Commission) and assist team members.

Purpose of the Job

As the HR Business Partner to Global Operations Director, he/she will drive HR strategies for Global Operations - aligning with business objectives, supporting organization growth, and enhancing operational effectiveness across the regions. As a key partner to the senior leadership team in Operations, he/she will lead HR programs focused on employee engagement, talent development, and operational performance, while promoting HR best practices and contributing to the broader business strategy. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnering:
