As an integral member of the Management team, you will play a key role in partnering with the management and centres to deliver effective and efficient services to our clients. You will be accountable for the operations and results of a sizeable group of centres, ensuring quality care and education for children, proper management and reporting of financials (e.g., collections/billings, expenses, payroll), and achievement of financial targets. Job Requirements

• Minimum relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. For those with an Early Childhood Care and Education related qualification will be an added advantage.
• At least 8 years' experience in leadership and management of early childhood and education centres.
• In-depth understanding and knowledge of ECE centre operations.
• Familiar with coaching/mentoring and staff development.

The Assistant Orchestra Librarian plays one of the key roles in the Orchestra Library, managing the procurement, preparation, and maintenance of music materials – both printed sheet music (hard copies) and digital files – required by the various musical ensembles of the Singapore Symphony Group (SSG). This role also involves maintaining an up-to-date database of all musical works performed or planned for performance by SSG and ensuring that relevant information about these works is accurately documented and readily accessible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for patients with lower limb conditions of low to moderate complexities
• Independently assess and interpret findings to form a defined and clear diagnosis, formulate treatment plans with appropriate clinical reasoning, and provide treatment
• Make appropriate discharge plans and referral to other healthcare professionals where appropriate
• Explain treatment plan and expected outcomes to patient and caregiver
• Use appropriate outcome measures and modifies treatment as required
• Completes all clinical documentation promptly and in accordance with department’s standards

Requirements

• Possess a valid BCLS certificate, and all other relevant qualifications to carry out services as a Podiatrist
• Degree in podiatry from an institution recognised by Ministry of Health (Singapore)
• Preferably a member of the Podiatry Association of Singapore
• At least 2 years of working experience as Podiatrist
• Skilled in areas such as:
  • Nail Trimming
  • Conservative management of ingrown toe nail
  • Callus Debridement
  • Corn Enucleation
  • Wound management (including sharp wound debridement technique and offloading),
  • Biomechanical Assessment
  • Taking impressions of feet (plaster of paris, foam box casting)
  • Prescription and fitting of prefabricated and customised foot orthotics (including trouble shooting)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description

Responsibilities:

You will maintain a continuous improvement mindset to seek out opportunities for enhancements to quality, productivity and/or patient safety care.

• Assist in prescription processing/supplying of medicines to outpatients, inpatient and other departments, e.g.: Laboratory, Radiology and wards
• Compound lotions and antiseptic solutions as directed
• Pack oral and topical medications
• Collect prescription charges for outpatients
• Assist Pharmacist or Senior Pharmacy Technican in store management
• Assist in compiling statistics for reports and survey
• Involve in Quality Improvement or Patient Safety Project

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmaceautical Science/ Applied Science (Pharmaceutical Sciences) or equivalent
• Preferably with experience in clinic or hospital setting
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Senior positions available for candidates with more than 5 years of experience
