Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years and above in similar capacity of Sales/Marketing
• Good written and oral communication and strong persuasion skills; demonstrate ability to express ideas clearly
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Strong organization skills and have excellent follow up skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in English proficiency in other languages would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Possess an existing client base and develop and implement marketing activities to bring in new customers and service existing customer relationships
• Develop effective marketing materials to promote service and value proposition to new and existing customers
• Manage customer portfolio with direct responsibility for negotiating and executing sales transactions -- from quoting, negotiating and close deal.
• Closely follow the companies group policies and procedures

• Perform dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping across all office areas, including workspaces, restrooms, the pantry, walkways, staircases, and outdoor spaces.
• Prepare and serve drinks for visitors; restock pantry items and cleaning supplies; manage inventory; and update the daily job log.
