- Overseeing - Events, Sales, Investment , Design..
- Lead the Division to plan, design and develop ,drive business outcomes
- Developing tourism sector as well as promoting and marketing business destination.
Responsibilities
- Experience outcomes through use of experiential, thematic and integrative strategies on events, investments, portfolio development and sales fronts.
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Champion experiential concept design and development to activate precincts (e.g. Beach, Nature & Parks, Adventure…)
- Evaluate and improve operations and Financial /Budget Oversight, optimize expenses
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
- Handle handling media and industry engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor in Tourism Management or in Business relevant fields
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in Business Development/Planning , fronting negotiations and lead concept development
- Experience in sales and marketing, with international exposure
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
