Navigate Amphibious vehicles through the city streets of Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A professionally qualified, experienced captain of a vessel. As a captain, your main objectives are as follows:

• Complete a vehicle inspection of the Amphibious vehicles every morning before arriving at the starting point
• Oversee the safety of your passengers and crew, and navigate the roads during your assigned tours within the allotted time frame
• Be informative, pleasant, and upbeat as you interact with your passengers.
• Other duties include –helping passengers onto and off the Amphibious vehicles and maintaining the cleanliness of the Amphibious vehicles.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY

• Complete vehicle inspection every morning and every evening.
• Safely navigate the city streets and waterways of Marina Bay.
• Provide accurate passenger counts and maintain precise ticket counts.
• Keep open communication with management and assist with the departure of the Amphibious vehicles
• Convey a sense of professionalism in appearance.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Have Class 4 Driving with Vocational licence
• Pass an approved eyesight test
• Must be able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays

Integration Planning & Post-Transaction Support:

· Develop and execute integration plans to ensure a smooth transition and alignment of operations and systems.

· Monitor and track the performance of newly set up or acquired businesses to ensure they meet the strategic objectives outlined in the company’s objectives.

· Coordinate across functional teams (finance, HR, legal, operations) to execute integration strategies.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting:

· Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the status of active projects, new strategic opportunities, and integration progress.

· Communicate and manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders throughout the M&A process.

· Ensure the M&A team delivers clear, concise, and actionable insights to support business decisions

Team Leadership:

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and coordinate with operation teams, consultants and sub-contractors on design issues
• Develop design concept, prepare design report, design and prepare shop drawings
• Conduct structure analysis
• Review completed structural drawings, designs and specifications
• Ensure the drawings comply with the specifications/requirements of the authorities
• Check and highlight all the discrepancies between Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings
• Prepare technical submissions for approval
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

[Must]

• 10 years of relevant design exp as an architect, civil engineer, structural engineer, preferably for MRT or LTA projects
• PE certified
• Proficiency in both MIDAS & Autocad
• Experience in LTA related construction or other gov't related projects (Airport, MRT, Coastal, etc.)
• Project management

• Working experience in construction consulting firm
