Responsibility:
1. Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
2. Maintain communication with cleaning staff to provide guidance, support, and feedback as needed.
3. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as necessary.
4. Address any customer complaints or concerns regarding cleaning services promptly and effectively.
5. Conduct regular inspections of cleaning work to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
6. Train new cleaning staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
8. Coordinate the ordering and replenishment of cleaning supplies as needed.
9. Ensure the proper use, care, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations and guidelines.
11. Address client inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Requirement:
1. Comfortable with verbal and written english communication skills.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with cleaning staff, clients, and management.
3. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Keen attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness and hygiene.
6. Ability to address client needs, concerns, and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
8. Willingness to step in and assist with cleaning duties during peak periods or staffing shortages to ensure service delivery standards are met.
9. Maintain physical fitness and stamina required to perform cleaning tasks effectively.
10. Additional certification or training in cleaning management or related field is a plus.
