We are running a central kitchen and manufacturing of cooked food for our client mainly for workers who are working on site of construction, factory, shipyards and etc., we looking for a General Manager to in charge of the daily operation, marketing and general management.
He will (be):
1.Responsible for the smooth daily operation;
2. Market and growing the revenue through new business opportunities and clients;
3. Develop and execute business strategies.
4. Ensure full compliance with ISO22000 and HALAL certifications.
4. Overall in charge of all team such as logistics, warehouse, processing workers
5. Ensure products are delivered to customers in good quality, on time, in full, and with cost effectiveness.
6. Full P&L responsibility.
7. Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Food Manufacturing industry;
2. Supply chain management, marketing skills
3. Food safety knowledge
4. Analytical thinker, decision-maker with focus on action and outcomes who drives for results, highly hands-on
