• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and operating cleaning equipment.

• Reporting: Report any maintenance or repair issues noticed during cleaning duties to the supervisor promptly.

• Adherence to Schedule: Strictly adhere to the assigned cleaning schedule to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other office staff to maintain a cooperative and harmonious working environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in commercial or office cleaning is preferred.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting throughout the working hours.

• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and no task is overlooked.

• Reliability: Demonstrated punctuality and reliability in meeting the scheduled working hours.

• Initiative: Proactive approach to work, taking the initiative to address cleaning needs as they arise.

• Integrity: Maintain a high level of honesty and trustworthiness in handling office equipment and property.

• Communication: Basic English language skills for effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.

• Legal Eligibility: Eligibility to work as a cleaner in Singapore with proper work permits, if applicable.

Working Hours:

• 3-7 hours per day (flexible timing, subject to agreement with the supervisor) at a maximum of 35 hours per week.

Remuneration:

• Monthly salary of SGD $1,500-$1,700 (depending on experience and qualifications)

• Dry Cleaning company is looking for committed counter staffs to help us provide the best in market customer service experience. You should be independent, organized, friendly and proactive in counter service position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. 5.5 working days, weekend and PH not working.
2. Carry out daily shop operation and duties.
3. Manage and ensure the cleanliness, opening and closing of shop
4. Respond to customer queries, follow the job process as stated in the laundry procedures.
5. Ensure all payments received are accurate and tally with the daily sale reports.
6. Register new customer & update customer database.

Skills:

1. Basic knowledge of garment material and laundry cleaning process
2. Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
3. Confident with a pleasant disposition and well-groomed
4. A friendly personality and meticulous working attitude
5. Able to work independently.
6. Retail or admin experience preferred.
