Productivity Observers Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and process new loan applications supported by due diligence and analysis report for HQ in Taiwan and Board of Directors’ approval.
2. Maintain and review existing loan portfolio including loan disbursement or allocation, post-loan management, and maintaining relationship between the bank and its customers. · Act as Incident first responder for a 24/7 staffed SOC.

· Monitor security sensors and review logs to identify network anomalies or intrusions.

· Perform initial analysis of security alerts.

· Escalate security incidents using established policies and procedures in a timely manner.

· Work with customers to analysis potential security incidents, identifying root cause and implement mitigation step(s)/ remedial action(s).

· Performing Response action based on standardize workflow and agreement with clients.

· Assist with the development of incident response plans, workflows, and SOPs.

· Provide threat and vulnerability analysis security advisory services.

· Fulfil Change Requests, Service Requests and respond to internal / external enquiries with regards to Incident Management

Responsibilities

• Set up credit accounts for new clients and assign appropriate credit limits.
• Track and evaluate customers’ credit performance and maintain their ratings.
• Prepare and submit detailed credit evaluations for both existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure compliance with current sanction regulations, ensuring all company activities align with legal requirements.
• Assist with both internal and external audit and review processes, identifying areas of risk.
• Support the implementation of the annual compliance plan under the guidance of senior compliance officers.
• Facilitate the reporting and investigation of any suspicious activities or transactions.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments across various company operations.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation, including risk manuals, trade agreements, and related materials.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field, or equivalent professional certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in credit or risk management, with a focus on compliance.
• Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

Job Description:

• Contribute to IT initiatives for Antaes Asia clients.
• Delivery of comprehensive business analysis to provide solutions for business needs.
• Work with the project team including product owner, senior developers, architects, BA’s to deliver business requirements and improve business processes and systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define requirement and various artifacts around application development or enhancement.
• Specification of business rules for regulatory reporting, business operations and transformations.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience (Data Solutions)
• Strong communication to bring consensus on requirements.
• Functional knowledge of financial products, capital market processes & regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge on the MIFID2/SFTR/EMIR / any APAC transaction regulatory reporting principles is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think out of box.
• Excellent communications and proven documentation capabilities.
• Skilled in Data analysis using database queries (SQL/Oracle/Sybase), TSQL.
