Job Description

As a SAP FICO Analyst, you are responsible for:

• Liaise with key users and Business Process Owners to identify pain points and IT needs
• Capture specific requirements and propose cost-effective solutions
• Evaluate proposals for ROI before design and development phase
• Manage projects and coordinate with external solution providers following SDLC guidelines
• Prepare and maintain documentation: business process flows, configuration documents, specifications, and test scenarios
• Ensure compliance with IT Control policies in day-to-day activities and projects
• Resolve operational issues within SLA, support month-end closing, and prevent incorrect postings
• Build relationships with end users and IT members
• Provide training to end users and IT Business Analyst (BA) team members

The Successful Applicant

As a suitable candidate, you shall possess min. 2 years of experience in FICO techno-function and preferably with one full cycle of implementation. You shall also possess min. Degree in Computer science, business analysis, IT or other equivalent qualification.
