• As a member of Private Bank Business Risk & Control Management (BRCM) team, you will play an important role in exercising risk oversight over front office activities through quality assurance checks.
• Specifically, this role will focus on conducting quality assurance through regular/thematic testing and ongoing post transaction reviews. You may be required to drive risk and control initiatives across Private Bank to implement new regulatory requirements or controls enhancement.

This role entails:

▪ Post trade surveillance (tape listening, email surveillance) for client accounts.

• In this role, you will collaborate with a team to process payroll across multiple cycles (main and off-cycle). You will ensure the accuracy of data interfacing from the HR Information System to the Payroll System, facilitating timely and accurate salary disbursements. Additionally, you will provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance system operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll for an organization with a headcount of 500 or more, including pro-rating salaries for new hires and leavers, submitting monthly CPF contributions and refunds, processing NS and Government Paid Leave claims, handling transport/dental claims from employees, verifying bank details, and ensuring timely submission of bank files. Provide payroll general ledger information to the finance team for reconciliation.
• Work with HR business partners to gather necessary data and inputs for relevant pay elements.
• Identify and report data inaccuracies in payroll systems to managers and clients, recommending improvements and solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain secure archival of payroll files to support annual and ad-hoc audits.
• Respond professionally and clearly to queries from employees and clients via email, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels, ‘A’ Levels, or Diploma.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll and/or claims processing, preferably with knowledge of SAP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
• Preference for candidates with customer-facing experience.

Tester Roles and Responsibilities

Project Support

•Work closely with SMEs and Business Analyst to understand business requirements

•Create test scenarios, test cases, and test data

•Ensure test cases are manually executed in accordance to priority assigned

•Conduct functional testing and system integration testing

•Document all test results for verification

•Initial investigation and verification of error against the business requirements

•Log testing defects for errors encountered during test execution

•Provide clarifications to the developer and stakeholders on the logged error

•Support Business Analyst to track and report testing progress and defects resolution progress

System Administration

Ad-Hoc Activities

•Undertake ad-hoc tasks and activities as assigned by managers. Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities as needed

•Provide general administrative support, such as assisting managers with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking meeting notes

• Collaborate closely with the Front Office and other support functions to assess the creditworthiness of counterparties.

Essential Job Functions

1. Provide end to end OTC transaction life-cycle reporting support for T&M derivatives products to fulfil regulatory reporting obligation

4. Be Data driven, build and measure TMO Performance Service, Quality and Data Analysis via DDOM (Data Driven Operating Model) Dashboards

Trade Repository (TR) Reporting

1. Validate on the daily TR reports being House and or Client Delegation.

2. Investigate on any discrepancies and investigation on root cause

3. Monitor the report acknowledgement and investigate for any rejected trades.

4. Review the successfully submitted report in DTCC-GTR and EOD completeness

5. Engage on the build of TR Reporting (new, revise, update)

6. Keep abreast of regulatory updates

7. Support NPA (New Product Agreement) & Lite (inclusive of PIR), review all NPAs related to TR, raise any deviations for execution, monitor till launch & signoffs

8. Support on Delegate Reporting of CFTC end to end from issuing of SLA to tagging of system and reporting obligation

1. User Requirements Gathering:
   • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document user requirements for the core banking system.
