Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology team to ensure effective end to end testing;
• Carry out cross-platform test planning and execution;
• Report test results to development team and create tickets for product enhancement;
• Reproduce bug reports and prioritise key issues;
• Liaise and build good relationships with technical and other departments.

· Process end-to-end payroll for a large organisation (with 2 payroll cycles a month), including but not limited to,

o submission of monthly CPF and refunds,

o submission of Government Paid Leave claims,

o processing medical/dental claims from employees,

Job Objectives

The System Analyst will be involved in C360 Program and is responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them to Functional Specifications (FSD) and Technical Design Specification (TSD).

The role will require this activity to be performed on an end-to-end basis, across functional domains and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Work very closely with Business Users, Business Analyst and project team members on solutioning during project initiation, implementation and post-implementation support.

Experienced in interface specification and data mapping. Able to detail out interface specification based on user requirements.

Experienced in CRM platform(s) - MS Dynamics will be a plus point

Well-developed analytical and problem solving experience and ability to grasp new concepts, provide insights and solutions.

Good working knowledge of relevant applications and development life cycles.

Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.

Ability to orchestrate and facilitate requirements sessions, creating an environment for collaboration and communication.

Good negotiation skills.
