We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about playing an active part in supporting the recruitment. You will have full accountability for attracting and hiring premier talents for specific business group/function across Singapore and South East Asia, while striving to provide an optimal candidate experience.

What will you do?

• Execute full life cycle searches to include developing the search strategy, sourcing, pre-screening and assessing and interviewing candidates to develop and present recommendations on qualified candidates to the hiring team.
• Leverage various channels, including social media channels to develop relationships with external candidates and talent pools.

· Spearhead recruitment efforts for both consultant and internship positions

• Develop and implement creative ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and deliver outcomes focused on continuous improvement.

• act as a trusted advisor and manage the recruitment process for your clients in your specialised sector (Banking & Financial Institutions, Manufacturing, Technology, Consumer & Retail, Legal & Compliance)
• adopt good sourcing practices and strategy to identify and hire the right candidates
• prospects new clients in your specialised sector and keep up with industry trends
• manage relationships with existing hiring managers and other HR management to engage them constantly and build stronger ties with them
• contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives or ad-hoc company projects

You’ll be part of the SearchAsia team in Singapore but also able to draw on our recruiting network in the region. We're problem solvers for hiring managers, making them happy by getting the right candidates. As a Specialist Recruiter, you’ll play an important role in driving impactful outcomes for our organization by connecting hiring managers with top talent. Your expertise

• graduate with degree in Business/Social Science/Communications or relevant discipline
• excellent communicator, know how to attract and engage candidates, especially passive
• great at presenting ideas, believing-in and selling important values that aligns with clients and company
