The focus of the Trade Support Specialist within the Brevan Howard Operations team is on ensuring the complete, accurate and timely capture of trades and lifecycle events. · Develop and conduct product demonstrations, presentations and provide product knowledge to new and existing clientele

· Provide technical & sales support to key clientele like Architects, Lighting Consultants, Interior Designers and B2B customers etc

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in any Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience servicing the retail industry preferred

· Strong passion in sales and highly driven to achieve targets

• Collaborate with the consulting company to implement the SAP Production Planning (PP) module (new deployment).
• Coordinate and optimize the PP module business processes within the group, and implement cross-departmental workflow reengineering.
• Drive the expansion of the SAP PP module across the group's production bases.
• Train key users of the SAP/PP module within the group.
• Continuously optimize and improve SAP PP.

Job Requirement:

• Degree or higher, with over three years of internal consulting experience in SAP/PP modules.
• Experienced in business process analysis and reengineering, with a solid understanding of PP module operations.
• Proficient in SAP table structures, IT SQL knowledge, and SAP report development.

Renewal Sales Representative

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Renewal Sales Representative role will focus on account management and sales renewals where you will generate new revenue as part of an inside sales team. You will articulate the value of products or services to customers and accountable for revenue retention motions including product/service contract renewals, extension, upsell and expansion.

We’re looking for individuals who are curious with excellent communication and strong stakeholder skill. You would be comfortable in managing ambiguity situation and manage complex, deep relationship to help the customer to uncover some challenges while setting in place new processes and workflows.

Successful candidates are seasoned and experienced professionals that are excited to resolve a wide range of issues and handle objections in creative ways. You get to cultivate deeper relationships across longer sales cycles with prospect contacts across various organizational levels. In addition to revenue generation sales, you will provide accurate sales forecasting, generate customer quotes, perform customer research, update account notes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Responsibilities

Competencies

• You will provide renewal selling services or solutions to a dedicated territory in ANZ, SEA, GCR, India region. Each region will be managed by a dedicated Renewal Sales Representative as an account manager. Candidates with excellent command of English/ Mandarin/ Cantonese/ Hindi language, cultural nuisance are encouraged to apply for this role as it requires business language liaison with each territory.
