Responsible for managing the onboarding process of counterparties and financial institution (FI) partners. Counterparty Onboarding

• Attend to sales inquiries and provide timely support.
• Calculate quarterly and yearly incentives for sales and research teams.
• Compute the annual profit and loss (P&L) for the institutional business unit.
• Prepare and process KYC documentation, participation letters, and commission/research agreements for authorized signoffs.

Management Support

• Assist management with data retrieval, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting tasks when required.
