Position responsibilities:

• Create and resolve tickets regarding customer reports of hardware, software, telephone, mobile device and peripheral problems in the IS ticketing system

• Setup and maintenance of conference room audiovisual equipment
• Meeting setup and support for video conferencing using web-based conferencing systems. Also, will provide on-site technical support for off-site/remote trials or conferences
• Use of User Experience Monitoring application to proactively or reactively identify cause(s) of laptop or application performance issues
• All other duties as assigned or required

Skills and experience:

Required:

• After orientation at Cooley LLP, exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, iManage and other firm applications
• Available to work overtime, and flexible work schedule as required by training or operations coverage when needed
• 3+ years applicable and relevant technical experience to include 1 year of data management
• Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems to include but not limited to Windows 10. Working knowledge of MS-Office Suite ranging from 2016 and higher

• Work closely with the Product and Research teams to help shape the metals & mining product development roadmap based on customer feedback, your experience and knowledge of customer workflows, and relevant competitor intelligence.

The role of Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and assisting team members to work towards achieving operational goals for our company business in APAC. The incumbent oversees contracts processing, shipment timetables and any other enquiries supporting the business. He or she will also work closely with the technical support; sales and customer support functions to coordinate any activities within the markets supported. In this role, you will…

• Performs daily administration related to scanner contracts, fulfilments, replacements, and RMAs, credits, and rebills.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with application integration, middleware solutions or data interface management.
• Technical working experience in integration technologies such as Service-Oriented Architecture, API-led Connectivity, Middleware, Web Service, Enterprise Service Bus, Microservices or Cloud Integration Platforms.
• Ability to lead and influence delivery teams comprising of business analysts, tech leads, and offshore developers.
• Prior technical experience in cloud or web applications development is considered an advantage.
