Responsibilities:
o Handle full spectrum of payroll functions within the scope of engagement with a portfolio of clients, including
payroll calculation, payroll reconciliation and payroll accounting.
o Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness in:
- Submission of payroll reports to clients
- Payment of net wages to clients’ employees
- Submission of CPF contributions to the CPF Board
- Filing of Forms IR21, IR8A, IR8S and Appendices 8A and 8B
- Filing of NS Claims and Government-Paid Leave (childcare, maternity and paternity)
in compliance with clients’ company policies and statutory requirements.
o Other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
o Diploma/Degree holder in Business, Human Resources, Accounting or similar field
o Possesses strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act and basic Singapore Income Tax law
o Strong Excel skills and comfortable with learning payroll systems
o Meticulous, organized and possesses a flair for numbers
o Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
o Hands-on experience in handling large headcount will have an advantage.
o Candidates without experience but possess a positive learning attitude and team spirit are welcome.
