Marketing Communications (MarCom) Specialist

The MarCom Specialist plays a key role in promoting the federation's mission, services, and member benefits. He/she should be adept at navigating the complexities of the industry, building relationships with diverse stakeholders, and effectively communicating the federation's value to both current and prospective members.

Critical Work Functions & Key Tasks

1. Develop marketing strategies and plans

• Develop integrated marketing and communications strategies that align with the business federation's goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
• Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption. Manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue.

Social Media Operations Specialist

As the social media Operations Specialist, you will help build and execute the social media strategy, initiatives, and projects for the world's largest technology company. Working with the Local and Regional Program Manager, you will support all things social — from always-on content and social-led campaigns to influencer activations and event amplification — by leading the day-to-day operations as well as content development and community management for the brand channels. Your Mission

• Know exactly where SLAs and our metrics stand at any given time
