Job Description

• Performance Monitoring: Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and marketing dashboards.
• Conversion Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as traffic, engagement, leads, sales, and bounce rates to evaluate the success of content initiatives.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed performance reports, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, and present findings to senior management.
• A/B Testing: Test variations of content, headlines, or strategies to determine the most effective approach for engaging the audience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and other teams to ensure content aligns with broader brand objectives and campaigns.

Campaign Management

• Campaign Concept Creation: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, using content to engage the target audience.
• Execution & Coordination: Manage daily content creation, curation, and distribution efforts within active campaigns.
• Campaign-Specific Content: Tailor content for specific initiatives such as seasonal promotions, product launches, or influencer collaborations.

Email Marketing

• Campaign Design: Create compelling email newsletters, promotional messages, and follow-up sequences with attention-grabbing subject lines, engaging copy, and clear calls to action.
• Segmentation: Segment email lists based on audience demographics and behavior to ensure relevant content reaches the right recipients.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor open rates, click rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe metrics to evaluate and optimize email campaign effectiveness.

Brand Awareness & Reputation Management

• Building Brand Presence: Develop content that enhances brand visibility and establishes the company’s authority within the industry.

• Prepare Management reports, presentations, dashboards for key risk indicators
• Support appropriate data classification for application and infrastructure assets

• Tool familiarity, soft skills and other qualifications

Essential:

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Information Security; Project Mgmt skills; Strong communication skills; MS Office - Access, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint

Desirable:

Experience with migration projects; Any InfoSec related certification; MS Project

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and upkeep of computer hardware, networks, and systems.
• Provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and printers for end-users.
• Collaborate with users and IT vendors to deliver IT services and solutions effectively.
• Manage and implement data protection protocols and cybersecurity measures, ensuring robust security configurations and regular maintenance.
• Assist in the acquisition, procurement, and documentation of IT assets.
• Offer support for IT infrastructure, including system setup, software upgrades, and the installation of system patches.
• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services like Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive, including user setup, licensing, and essential functions.
• Apply and maintain Microsoft 365 security policies and tools, such as Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Cloud Defender, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Windows environments, providing troubleshooting and email support.
• Perform other tasks as delegated by management.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Computer Science or relevant Degree qualification in a related discipline
• Strong working experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• 4 years of relevant working experience
