  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience, contributing ideas and insights to support our mission and values.
  Proactively seeking feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall client experience.
  Oversee on-site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient interactions to enhance client. experience.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role preferred.
• Passion for skincare, makeup, and beauty education is a bonus.
• Having a heart for people, takes the initiative to go the extra mile in delighting our clients.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor, with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and concerns.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to find solutions independently that delight clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to change and take on new challenges.
• Able to work on rotating weeks (Mondays - Saturdays, Tuesdays - Saturdays)
