Job title: IT Support Specialist

Job Duties

• Act as the first point of contact for all user support related queries at the Service Desk

• Participate in and implement infrastructure projects

• Monitor infrastructure stability like Wifi, Printer, or Sharepoint

• In charge of inventory of all kinds of hardware like PCs/ scanners/ consumables as well as regualry Storeroom clean-up

• Responsible for taking internal and external calls from the users regarding IT incidents or service requests as well as for resolving and escalating user request

• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents/ service request

• Regularly provide statistical reports about support cases and incidents

• Collaborate with other IT Teams

• Support and regular checks that the conference rooms are properly working

• Handling vendors regarding hardware related changes, repairs and quotations

• Support new joiners with providing the requested hardware package

• Help user relocations within the building

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline

• 1-2 years' experience in user support and helpdesk duties

• Strong problem solving and system troubleshooting skills

• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows desktop and Apple iOS

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of ServiceNow Ticketing system is a plus

Contract Period: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing information about ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other internal teams to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve issues or complaints professionally and promptly.
• Track project timelines, updates, and communicate relevant details to customers.
• Ensure all customer communication is accurately documented and stored.
• Assist in preparing reports, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining records related to customer service activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Support sales and marketing teams by providing customer insights and feedback.

• Minimum Degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
• Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption. Manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue.
• When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products.
• Become an expert on client’s Advertising solutions and ability to identify trends and solve problems.
• Providing vital product insights, feedback and revenue trends, from their own experience using the products and sharing the feedback from the Advertisers.
• Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the products. Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive Advertiser’s business to success.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Business development, sales account management or consultative selling experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
• Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment, comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and provide insights to support business decisions and strategies
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Conduct process mining to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvements
• Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency in management reporting
• Manage and respond to data requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required insights
• Leverage data intelligence tools and methodologies to support continuous improvement in insurance operations

Who are we looking for:

• Degree Holder in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related discipline
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experienced with basic SQL
• Attentive to details and committed to ensuring data accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to present data clearly
• Pro-active and self-motivated, able to take the initiative independently and work under minimal guidance/supervision
