What is the role about?

In this role you will be coordinating and arranging itineraries and arrangements for the MD including scheduling of meetings, appointment arrangements and other daily requirements.

You must be an independent worker who is able to work in a fast-paced envoironment, plan complex daily itineraries and cope well with last minute changes, often after normal business hours due to nature of business. You must be able to move around out of office, together with the MD.

In addition, you will also be required to assist in doing sales outbound calls to his clients & cold leads during off-peak periods.

• Expertise in personal assistant and telemarketing role
• Excellent independent worker who is able to self-run
• Experience with digital media and/or real estate industry is a bonus
• Familiar with best practices and industry in-trends

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage in tasks that support the proper functioning of a family’s personal life.
• Help to coordinate functions, events and other activities.
• Plan for children’s education and learning activities.
• Arrange travel including flights, cars, lodgings, dining and other activities.
• Handle administration matters such as general payments and insurance.
• Run errands for personal items and food where required.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc matters as requested by the family.

Your Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Personal Assistant in a family administrative role.
• Resourceful, practical and efficient in problem solving.
• Able to communicate well with external counterparties and/or service providers.
• Able to drive, stay calm and has experience driving young children is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
