The candidate will be responsible for upholding the company’s high cleaning standards, managing a diverse team, handling cleaning equipment, and communicating effectively with clients. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of cleaners from various nationalities to maintain exceptional cleaning standards
• Conduct daily pick-up and drop-off of cleaning equipment across Singapore
• Manage and plan routes efficiently for equipment delivery and team coordination
• Assist with special upholstery cleaning (training will be provided)
• Liaise with customers professionally when necessary to ensure service satisfaction
• Handle heavy loads when required, including lifting and transporting equipment from the lorry
• Collect, transport, and hang curtains as part of client services when needed
