Job Description & Specifications:

• Relevant experience as a personal assistant
• Assist Chairman's wife with personal matters

• Must be able to travel islandwide and/or for business trips when requested

• Position : Personal Driver to senior management and FAMILY - Chauffeur - GOOD COMPANY/ GOOD BOSS!!!
• Location : Sentosa (Gantry card will be issued to the employed candidate for free entry when using own bike or car daily to the reporting work venue in Sentosa)
• Working hours : 5.5 Days/ week - Starts at 7.30AM - Half day on Saturday morning AND Sunday OFF
• Salary : Salary is fixed at $5000 + OT payable for Public Holiday if only required to work + Yearly 1-2 months of Performance bonus + 14 days Annual leave + CPF contribution + Medical coverage
• Duration : Permanent
• Vehicle model : Toyota Alphard, Bentley and Rolls Royce - CANNOT BE DRIVEN HOME!

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive CEO to meeting places in Singapore
• Drive family to places - School/ Shopping/ Activities/ Food

Requirements:

• Prefer candidate who has a few years of working experience as a Personal Driver;
• Candidates must have the experience of driving a 7-seaters car or similar size vehicle.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.

Job Description

• Chauffeuring boss and family members
• Chauffeur the boss to appointments and meetings
• Pick up the car from either the boss's premises or company
• Safely operate a vehicle and transport the employer to and from various locations
• Obey traffic rules and regulation
• Maintaining the employer's vehicle, including regular cleaning, fuelling, and scheduling maintenance or repairs
• Ad hoc task as assigned

Requirements

• At least a minimum 1 years of experience as a personal / company driver
• Possess Class 3 driving license and good communication skills
• Ability to perform frequent OTs and maintain high punctuality

*Able to start work within short notice will be highly advantageous.*
