Job Scope:

1. Conduct ICT lessons, including coding for P1 to P6 pupils.

2. Assist in training students for the Multimedia club on coding and related competitions.

3. Work with teachers on content and resource creation for ICT integration and other IT related design for all school events.

4. Supervise or conduct afternoon activities that are ICT related / Makers activities such as coding, 3D printer etc.

5. Assist in school functions (i.e. in computer-related presentations, hall sound and projection systems,filming or photography).

6. Develop overall layout and production designs for banners, cover designs, newsletter, etc for classroom activities and school events using ICT software

Requirements:

• Have at least a Higher Nitec certification in ICT/ Design & Media or equivalent Skills.

• Have at least 3 years of experience in teaching IT lessons in a school.

• Have at least 1 year of experience in teaching coding / robotics to students.

• Be proficient in Adobe Software, Photography, and Videography.

Contract Period: From 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026.

Working Hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 5.00 pm

• Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Able to conduct training sessions online with various online delivery tools.
• Deliver official vendor course as well as Skillsfuture accredited courses and assessments.
• Be updated with current technology and certifications.
• Meet with customers for contextualization of courses, customization of content and delivery.
• Develop, update and deliver customized and new courses/content.
• Contribute to organizational knowledge in subject areas for sales, licensing and product features as a subject matter expert.
• Take on ad hoc projects and seminars in-house as well as at public events.

Job Requirements

• Certification in relevant subject areas such as Microsoft, VMWare, Red Hat, CISCO, EC-Council, Comptia etc.
• Must be conversant with cloud and virtualization technologies
• Microsoft Certified Trainer (or equivalent – negotiable)
• (ACTA) WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (Full) or (ACLP) WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance
• Working or consulting experience in relevant technologies beneficial
• Highly proficient in course content delivery and communication skills. Excellent presentation and classroom management skills required.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Wellness , the Wellness Coach and Trainer will be responsible for providing exceptional personal training, health coaching, and group wellness classes such as yoga and Pilates.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

Personal Training and Coaching

• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual fitness goals and needs.
• Provide health coaching, including nutrition advice and lifestyle recommendations, to support guests in achieving their wellness objectives.
• Develop personalized wellness plans that integrate fitness, mindfulness, and holistic health practices.

Group Wellness Classes

• Lead group classes, including yoga, Pilates, meditation, or other wellness-focused sessions.
• Design and implement engaging class programs that inspire and motivate participants.

Guest Experience & Care

• Deliver a luxury experience with exceptional guest experience for all guests.
• Build strong relationships with guests to understand their preferences and wellness goals.

Operational Support

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of fitness and wellness areas.
• Collaborate with the wellness team to ensure a seamless and elevated experience for guests.
• Support wellness events, workshops, and programs as required.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with the wellness and operations teams to create a seamless and elevated experience for guests.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and align with the hotel’s standards.
• Observe all brand/operating standards and/or LQA.
• Follow all workplace safety and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries and incidents to reporting manager immediately.
• Participate & contribute actively in all Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability initiatives organised by the Hotel.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Relevant certifications in personal training, yoga, Pilates, or health coaching are required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in wellness, fitness, or health coaching, preferably in a luxury or service-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of wellness practices, including exercise physiology, nutrition, and mindfulness techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-centric approach
• Strong organisational skills
• Has a polished and professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Flexible with working days and hours including weekends and public holidays

• Safely transport the director and employees to various destinations, including the office.
• Perform miscellaneous errands such as collecting and delivering documents or cheques, purchasing meals, and other ad hoc tasks.
• Consistently maintain the vehicle's cleanliness, hygiene, and condition, including regular washing.
• Prioritize the security and safety of all passengers during transportation.
• Report any vehicle issues or damages immediately.
• Ensure the vehicle undergoes servicing and maintenance as needed.
• Follow all traffic regulations and laws diligently.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
• Take on additional assignments as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 driving license with a spotless driving history.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a personal chauffeur, including driving high-end cars.
• Extensive knowledge of Singapore's road network and traffic rules.
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays, and open to working overtime if necessary.
• Demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, honesty, and punctuality.
• Excellent communication skills.
