Contract Period: From 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025

Hours

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 5.00 pm, 8.5 hours per day excluding half an hour lunch.
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Role

• Conduct IT lessons including coding for P1 to P6 pupils.
• Assist to train students for Multimedia club on coding and related competitions.
• Work with teachers in content and resource creation for ICT integration and other IT related design for all school events.
• Assist in school functions (i.e. in computer-related presentations, filming or photography).
• Develop overall layout and production designs for banners/cover designs / newsletter. etc for classroom activities and school events using ICT software
• Successful candidate to sign an Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information.

Qualifications

• The instructor should be competent to handle the tasks and responsibilities assigned.
• The instructor should preferably have at least 3 years of experience in teaching IT lessons in a school.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in teaching coding / robotics to students
• At least a diploma in Information Technology or equivalent. skills
• Preferably be proficient in Adobe Software, Photography, Videography

This is a 12 months contract assigned to our client

Salary Range : $2,800-$3,200

Working schedule:

Days: Monday to Friday

Time: 9.30am to 6.30pm

Requirements:

• All applicants must possess at least a PT Certification and a valid CPR & First Aid certificate.
• Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Sports Science or related fields and/or a Personal Training experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience will have an added advantage
• Strength and Conditioning, Rehabilitation, Special population and Nutrition background are a plus
• Entry-level candidates are welcomed to join as a Junior PT

Your responsibilities include:

Mobility Consulting:

• Provide mobility consulting services to assignees and their families
• Prepare cost projection, and assignment letters and explain the relocation benefits to assignees
• Coordinate with relocation vendors on immigration and relocation logistics
• Act as the main point of contact for the assignees’ move from home to host country
• Track and monitor the progress of relocation activities
• Assist with bi-annual reviews of assignment allowances
• Assist to prepare monthly payroll instructions for assignees

Regional coordination

• Coordinate with KPMG offices on assignee tax matters
• For national insurance /pension funds, work with different KPMG entities to contact with client entities in different location

• At least 5 years related experience with a University degree in any discipline.
• Knowledge in global mobility, expatriate tax, or expatriate payroll will be an added advantage
• Possess the ability to work independently, multitask and perform in a fast pace environment.
