Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently transport the Senior Executive and his family to various destinations, including business meetings, personal appointments and social events.
• Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures, considering traffic conditions and potential roadblocks.
• Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, fuelling, and scheduled maintenance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of all passengers and other road users.
• Manage time effectively to accommodate Senior Executive schedule for any changes or last-minute requests.

Compensation: Base salary commiserate with experience, can be higher than listed amount, with overtime compensation based on actual hours worked.

Working Schedule: The role requires a commitment of 6 days per week, and available for Sunday/PH in case needed. Official hours are Monday - Saturday 8am to 7pm

Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a preference for those with prior professional chauffeur experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably with experience chauffeuring high-level executives or VIPs.
• Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of route planning and familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic patterns.
• Ability to adapt to changes in schedule and handle last-minute requests.
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
• Attire must be long pants and a button up shirt every day

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a certified Fitness Instructor
• Possess a recognized fitness certification (Kickboxing/EMS certification would be a bonus)
• CPR and First Aid certification would be a bonus

• Day-to-Day Secretarial Support: Managing calendars & meetings, scheduling and organising in-person/ virtual appointments & engagements, business/personal travel arrangements, filing of documentations including expense claims etc
