• Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent, recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Board for registration
• Relevant experience in a hospital setting environment will be advantageous but not essential as on-the-job training will be provided
• Candidates with experience will be appointed at a senior level
• Documented proof of :
• (i) Measles (or Mumps, Measles and Rubella) vaccination or serological evidence of measles immunity ; and
• (ii) Diphtheria (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis) vaccination taken during preceding 10 years at prevailing point of reference as required for all healthcare workers under the Healthcare Services Act with effect from 3 January 2022. Applicants without these vaccinations are welcome to apply if they undertake to complete the vaccination(s) before work commencement upon successful interview and are offered employment

Responsibilities:

• Manage the software setup in the hospital
• In charge of the Pharmacy automation system
• Liaise with the procurement and supply chain team with regards the Pharmacy department
• Oversee the drug storage practice in the hospital
• Inventory and quality control

Requirements:

• Degree of Science (Pharmacy) with SPC fully registered
• Obtained similar working experience
• Comfortable with IT work under the hospital pharmacy department
