We are looking for a ServiceNow Operations/SRE Engineer to join our Global Operations team and assist with operations for our ServiceNow platforms. This function includes overseeing the platform’s day-to-day operations, guaranteeing system stability, and providing user report.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

1. Operations Support

• Be responsible for Operations of our ServiceNow Platforms, accordingly to our global operation rules / processes: This includes: Incident management, Platform Upgrades, Release Mgmt, Health checks, Security Checks, ..
• Ensure proper Platform Administration and admin requests OLA fulfillment.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and errors within the ServiceNow platform.
• Weekly report to our Global Operation Group leader.

1. Contribution to SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) activities:

Key responsibilities:

• Member of the Gas solutions team, based in Singapore.

Job Descriptions

- Design and develop software for ABT applications modules – Posting and Processing, Inquiry, Low Balance Alert, Cash Recon, EOD jobs CBT modules – Refund Management, Card management, transaction processing and Cash Reconciliation
- Work with MSI and LTA Development leads and propose the design of new enhancements in the respective modules for cloud migration.

Requirements
