About the Job

The Assistant Manager will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships within the Peacehaven community outreach especially in our Active Aging Centre (AAC). The Job

Responsibilities:

• Responsible with daily account payable operations, including data entries, supplier invoices processing, payment preparation, and maintaining accurate financial records

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Candidates with construction related industry will be prefered. Fresh-graduate are also welcomed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required
• Knowledge of MYOB or any accounting software, and Info-tech HRMS will be an advantage

Overview:

As a Quality Control Assistant, you will support the implementation and compliance of ISO standards within the company. Your responsibilities include assisting in maintaining documentation, supporting internal audits, and helping with quality checks to ensure compliance with established standards.
