Job Requirements:

• A relevant Degree, preferably in finance or accountancy
• Experience working within a client focused environment, servicing large insurance institutions or operational background in asset management will be an added advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Good industry knowledge relating to the financial markets, asset management or securities servicesKnowledge in investments, derivative instruments and deep understanding of operational activities of asset management is mandatory
• Good understanding/knowledge in investments, derivative instruments and operational activities of asset management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint. Proficiency in Bloomberg and Morningstar will be useful
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory

Claims Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Directly involved in all aspects of the claims handling process

• Ensure timely update of claims records and conduct regular review of claims details to ensure up-to-date info, accuracy and adequacy of reserves

• Assess and calculate liability of claim against coverage for approval

• Ensure all settlement of claims are properly documented and approved within authority limit.

• Monitor claims development and collate losses for major loss events

• Follow up on claims to attain up to date status
