Role: Assistant Process Engineer

Duration: 1 year (extendable and convertible)

Working Location: Woodlands (Client Site)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday @ 9am – 6pm

Salary: Up to $2.6k + bonus upon completion

Responsibilities:

- Process checks of machines.

- Day-to-day line support execution for data collection, wafers’ preparation and measurements.

- Recipe creation, troubleshooting and data analysis.

- Monitor and maintenance of process’ stability.

- Reporting and highlighting of any escalation of tools’ issues to the process team and work closely with them to resolve tools’ performance issues.

- Liaising with customers and internal team on daily updates on the process’ status.

- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent
