Requirements

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in any field

Experience

3 Years experience as supervsior and above in hotel/restaurant

Language

Spoken/Written English

Preferably Spoken Mandarin

• Supervise and train team member to achieve customer satisfaction, operation efficiency and productivity
• Perform daily operation tasks, documenting procedures and creating guidelines
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and restaurant

Job Description

• Review requested items for requisition and liaise with supervisors to determine the suitability of the material as well as identify and / or track overdue material requests.
• contact vendors to acquire quotes for goods
• Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
• Familiar with construction material and specification.
• Monitoring and preparation of purchasing related reports.
• Communicate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain and update supplier information such as track record, experience, product lines etc.
• Maintain records of all purchases, pricing and other important data

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as Purchaser or related position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.)
• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
