Overview: -

SCOPE OF WORK

· Provide broad range of paralegal and administrative support to Law managers, including Asia Pacific Regional General Counsel, and other senior lawyers.

· Create and electronically organize detailed legal files, including documents and reports based on matter specifications and requests

· Conducting fact investigation and analysis

· Monitoring changes to government guidelines or regulations and preparing reports on pertinent changes

· Manage internal calendars and complex meeting schedules, including regional wide electronic and in-person meetings

· Coordinate complex and potentially confidential travel and security needs

· Manage private and sensitive personnel matters

· Manage expense reports and invoices

· Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel in order to create, edit and format

· Master relevant technologies to facilitate administrative support and promote digital knowledge

· Demonstrate knowledge of organization/function processes, procedures & guideline

REQUIREMENTS

· Ideal candidate would have supported lawyers either in a law firm or company setting for at least 5 years

· Adapt to multi-management levels, work groups and company changes

· Anticipates business needs and takes initiative to resolve issues

· Display analytical competency and ability to problem solve critical issues
